Truly relaxing Massage treatments
Massage is renowned for its ability to relax and soothe the body's muscles. Choose from traditional Swedish or if you require a more deeper tissue treatment, then a more sports based massage may suit you better. As massage releases toxin into the body, for maximum effectiveness it is vital than you drink plenty of water following your treatment and avoid stimulants such as caffeine & alcohol for at least 24 hours following treatment.
